We met a dear friend on our way through for supper at Cooper’s Hawk and loved our experience! The wine was delicious, the calamari started was incredible, and my short ribs entree was the best I can remember. We all cleaned up everything we were served. They also do a great job caring for folks with gluten issues. I would frequent this gem way too often if I lived nearby.

Holllllyyyy mollyyyy. Honestly cannot imagine going anywhere else from now on for a nice dinner. Food was incredible! No complaints across the board. John was our server and gave such an exceptional service. Ask for him when you come. It was our first time here but I can’t imagine any other better dinner and service. As you can see from the empty glasses, the wine was fantastic! Signed up for the wine club and super excited for our first wine tasting! Great way to spend my 4th year anniversary . They made us feel like family and the manager Dan was awesome!
With a family of 9, we tried wine tasting and brunch, and it was fantastic! All the wines have a distinct, superb flavor. We stayed for brunch, and I ordered to Leonard Burger with Asian slaw. Delicious! The staff are way beyond exemplary, and the atmosphere is beautiful! I will definitely come back to try more!

Our server, Sean, was attentive, friendly, and made the evening feel so special. Nick, the manager, went above and beyond as well — even surprising us with a complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary! The food was incredible (seriously the best Caesar salad I’ve ever had!) and the wine was just as amazing. Every detail made the night unforgettable. We left already talking about when we’ll be back. They were both incredibly attentive, warm, and bubbly, offering sincere apologies for the kitchen shortages while maintaining grace and professionalism throughout. Their energy transformed the evening. What could have been a simple dinner became something memorable, uplifting, and human. LeAni and Lucie are not just servers—they’re the heart and sparkle within Copper Hawk, the kind of people who turn a good experience into a great one. The rest of the staff were kind as well, but the impression these two ladies left is truly unforgettable. Once again I’ve had an amazing experience! Service to food, never fails to come through with greatness! Today, my sister got a flight and tried a few wines to join the wine club. What a great way! Our server was so knowledgeable and made great recommendations! If I had to give a recommendation on food, I come here for the Brussels sprouts every single time! You must get them! Autumn, is a keeper! She was so helpful and signed my sis up for the wine club! She knows her stuff! Nick the Mgr was amazing as well! Thank them both for being so awesome!

I’ve asked him about a million questions over my many visits (everything from wine pairings to menu details to rewards program perks), and he never misses a beat. He’s always patient, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and somehow makes you feel like you’re the most important guest in the room. He goes above and beyond every single time, and that level of service is rare these days. He truly makes the experience unforgettable. And let’s talk about the food….wow. We are wine club member. We love their wine and food. It doesn't matter what you pick, everything is good. But my favorites are the braised short rib, Brussel Sprout, Drunken Shrimp, Chicken Madera, and Pistachio Crusted Grouper, any of the surf and turf... Oh, get the Wasabi mashed potatoes for side, you won't be disappointed.
